The mobile information and phone number you provide when opting in to our text messaging program will be used solely to send you messages related to your referral program activity, reward notifications, and appointment updates. Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.
- Consent: You provide prior express written consent to receive text messages from ReferralMax and/or participating businesses on the Platform by completing a web-based opt-in form, checking an unchecked consent checkbox, or replying YES to an initial referral message.
- Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on referral activity. Typical usage is 1–5 messages per month per recipient.
- Message and Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
- Opt-Out: You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message and no further texts will be sent.

- Carriers: Supported carriers include, but are not limited to: AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and most other major U.S. mobile carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
